Use Shopify with Adrails: judge Meta ads on your store's orders

Shopify holds the orders, products, customers and store analytics behind every ecommerce campaign. Meta reports the purchases it attributes to itself. Connected with read access, Adrails reads both, and its agents change Meta only after approval.

Step by step

Without Adrails, and with it

What Shopify already does stays as it is. What changes is everything after it.

The same work with Shopify alone and with Shopify and Adrails

Take the ordersShopify records orders, refunds, products and sessions.Unchanged. Shopify stays the store of record.
Compare Meta with the storeMeta purchases on one screen, Shopify orders on another. Both read in one workspace, each figure named by its source.
Ask why it movedRebuild the report each time the question changes.Ask the Analysis Expert in plain words. It answers from both sources.
Apply the changeEach edit in Ads Manager is live as soon as it is saved. The Media Buyer proposes it with the evidence. It applies after approval.
Keep a recordMeta's activity history shows what changed, not why. Each change is kept with the numbers that justified it.

01

Meta's purchases and your orders are different numbers

Meta counts the purchases it can attribute to its ads within its window. Shopify counts every order the store took. Both are right about different things, and the gap between them is where budget decisions go wrong.

Adrails reads both and names the source of each figure, so an agent never presents platform revenue and store revenue as the same measurement.

02

What Adrails can and cannot do in Shopify

The app requests read access to customers, orders, products and reports. Webhooks and scheduled synchronization keep recent orders available without exports.

It does not edit products, prices or orders, and Shopify is never a publishing destination. The only writes Adrails makes go to Meta, after approval.

FAQ

Common questions

Can Adrails edit my products or orders?

No. The Shopify connection is read-only: customers, orders, products and reports.

Can Adrails change my budgets or pause ads on its own?

No. The Media Buyer agent proposes pauses, budget changes and scale decisions with the evidence behind them. Each one is applied only after a person approves it.
