This page explains how to ask Adrails to delete personal data, account data and information imported from a connected service, including Meta.
1. Send a deletion request
Email support@adrails.thomasbail.com from the address associated with your Adrails account. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us which of the following you want deleted:
- your Adrails user account and profile;
- a workspace you own and all data held for that workspace;
- data imported from a specific connected service;
- data associated with a Meta user or Meta ad account;
- an email address submitted to the public waitlist.
Include the workspace name and, if relevant, the connected account name or identifier. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys or private keys by email.
2. Identity and authority checks
Before deleting data, we may ask for information needed to verify your identity and your authority over the account or workspace. A workspace member can request deletion of their own profile, but only a workspace owner or another properly authorized person can request deletion of all workspace data.
3. Meta data
You can revoke Adrails' future access from your Facebook or Meta business settings. Revoking access stops new reads and writes, but it does not automatically delete information that was previously imported into an Adrails workspace.
For deletion of imported Meta data, follow the email process above and identify the relevant Adrails workspace or Meta ad account. Once the request is verified, we will delete the applicable Meta token, Meta user details, ad account metadata, snapshots, campaign drafts, archived account objects and related conversation content from active systems, except for limited records that must be retained by law or are needed to establish that the request was completed.
4. Other connected services
Disconnecting a supported integration stops future synchronization and removes its stored credential. Data already imported into the workspace remains until an authorized person requests its deletion. A deletion request can cover Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale or another supported provider and should identify the connection concerned.
5. What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and check its scope.
- We verify identity and workspace authority where necessary.
- We complete the deletion from active systems within 30 days after verification, unless applicable law requires a longer period.
- We send confirmation to the requester when the work is complete.
Residual copies may remain in protected backups until those backups expire under the normal backup cycle. Security and audit records may be retained where necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law or document completion of the request.
6. Questions
