Use Littledata with Adrails: profit signals in, approved changes out
Littledata is a data layer for Shopify that sends purchases, checkouts and profit to Meta, Google and Klaviyo from Shopify's servers. It improves what the platforms optimize on. Adrails reads the outcome and prepares the account changes, each applied after approval.

Step by step
Without Adrails, and with it
What Littledata already does stays as it is. What changes is everything after it.
| Step | Littledata alone | Littledata +Adrails |
|---|---|---|
| Send conversions | Checkout and purchase events from Shopify's servers, with profit. | Unchanged. Littledata stays the data layer. |
| Read the results | Ads Manager, with Meta's attribution only. | The Analysis Expert reads Meta results next to Shopify orders. |
| Turn it into a change | Open Ads Manager and find each campaign, ad set and ad. | Tell the Media Buyer agent. It finds the entities in your account. |
| Check the change | Your own judgment, in the moment. | Current value, new value and reason shown side by side. |
| Apply it | Each edit is live as soon as it is saved. | Applied only after approval, change by change. |
| Keep a record | Meta's activity history shows what changed, not why. | Each change is kept with its reason, its reviewer and its before and after. |
01
What Littledata answers, and where it stops
Littledata sends AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase from Shopify's servers, including orders from accelerated checkouts that browser pixels miss. Profit Signal passes gross profit so campaigns can optimize on margin.
It creates its own conversion actions in each platform, which is setup rather than campaign management. It does not change ads or budgets.
02
Margin in, margin out
If Meta optimizes on profit, the review of results should look at it too. Adrails reads Meta results next to Shopify orders and proposes the changes, with the evidence visible in the approval.
Littledata reports an Event Match Quality of 9 on its Meta integration. After launch, the figure worth watching is your own cost per order.
FAQ
Common questions
Does Adrails integrate with Littledata?
Not directly. Littledata improves what Meta receives, and Adrails reads Meta's results from your account.
Does Adrails send conversions to Meta?
No. Conversion tracking stays with your tracking tool. Adrails reads results and prepares account changes.
Can Adrails change my budgets or pause ads on its own?
No. The Media Buyer agent proposes pauses, budget changes and scale decisions with the evidence behind them. Each one is applied only after a person approves it.
