What HeyGen answers, and where it stops
HeyGen turns a script into avatar videos, generates many ad variations in one session and translates them with lip-sync. Exports come in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, in 1080p or 4K depending on the plan.
For Meta, HeyGen's own advice is to upload the videos to Ads Manager or download them. It has no connection that creates ads in your account.

One launch, several markets
Translated versions are HeyGen's strength, and they are also where manual launches go wrong: the wrong language in the wrong country. In Adrails, the countries and languages are part of the launch and visible in the approval.
The agent writes or reuses copy per language, so each video goes out with text in the language it speaks.
