Multi-account operations
Manage multiple Meta ad accounts from one operating workspace
Adrails is built for teams whose work crosses several ad accounts. Accounts can be grouped by the way the operation runs, while reporting and agent requests stay scoped to the selected accounts.

01
Organize accounts around the business
An agency may group accounts by client. A brand may group them by market, product line or operating team. Adrails separates that organizational layer from Meta Business Portfolios so teams can work with the structure they actually use day to day.
Each agent request carries an explicit account scope. A cross-account analysis can include a group, while a campaign draft still targets one publishing account.
02
Compare performance on a common basis
Spend and revenue from different currencies are normalized to the workspace reporting currency before totals are calculated. The original account values remain available, but the combined view no longer adds unlike currencies together.
The Analysis Expert can then explain changes across the selected accounts without requiring a separate spreadsheet export for every question.
03
Keep approvals attached to the right account
Every proposal names the account and entity it affects. Reviewers do not approve an abstract recommendation and then choose the destination later. The target remains part of the draft and the activity history.
This is especially important when naming conventions or campaigns look similar across client accounts.
FAQ
Common questions

Yes. Connected Facebook profiles can expose multiple portfolios, and only selected ad accounts use plan capacity.
Can reports combine different currencies?
Yes. Adrails converts totals into the workspace reporting currency before combining them.
Put the workflow into one workspace.
Connect a Meta ad account, ask an agent to prepare the work and approve the exact result.
